I have decided to do the 30 day pokemon challenge
Day one: my favorite pokemon: Cubone because out of every single facking pokemon he has the saddest history and it feels like the way they were going with cubone, if every pokemon had some kind of history as sad as cubone’s pokemon would be a lot darker.
Hey everyone i know it’s been a while but here goes. Now i know what you’re thinking. How can anyone have the answer to stop depression? Well truthfully, no one can, but their are ways of dealing with said depression. A good way to deal with depression is to immerse yourself in a better atmosphere. Sure sometimes it feels better to be by yourself when your feeling like crap, but if you stay there too long sometimes it’s hard to claw your way back out. Try to keep yourself in the vicinity of close friends and maybe just try to find something to take your mind off of it. there are few things a good hobby can’t at least help a long. After that the cliché thing some times is the best answer. I know you’ve heard it before, but time heal all wounds. I really hope this helps because in a world like this, a little help can go a long way.

Ahhh plans. No matter how much you try to get every detail scheduled something can always change your plans. So my advice on the subject? If something goes wrong with your plans do any of the following. Be impulsive. Ask for help. Try to figure things out. Or just move past it to the next planned thing and try to take steps next time to avoid that little (or huge) sidetrack. You can’t have everything planned but you can have back-up plans.
